About Us
Savage Turtle Studios consists of the artists Quaylak and JakeJynx.
Quaylak works on the 2 and 3 dimensional art, and they work collaboratively to create most of the fursuits. Quaylak is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor's degree in animation. She specializes in character design, concept design, storyboarding, and animation. She currenty resides in Savannah, working as a web developer for a large corporation. She enjoys watching movies, spending time with her many animals, and working on art projects.
JakeJynx (or just Jake) is a recent graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University with a Bachelor's degree in general biology. He enjoys playing video games, working with his hands, and learning new things.
The Studio
Our studio is made out of our home. We've dedicated the largest room in the house to working on all of our projects. Quaylak typically works at the computer desk, while Jakejynx uses the rest of the room for working on fursuits. All of our tools, foam, and fursuit supplies live in the large, walk-in closet in the corner of the room. Our sewing machine is hiding on the table just across from said closet, behind the huge rack of fur.
